Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own celebration cake or cupcakes for your event.

Please note that we are unable to store cakes or cupcakes in our refrigerators or kitchen equipment, so they should be brought at an appropriate serving temperature. Ice cream cakes are not permitted, as we do not have freezer space available to keep them frozen.

Unless disposable plates, napkins, and plasticware have been purchased through Field Day as part of your event, guests are responsible for bringing their own serving supplies and handling clean up from your cake.

Outside food and beverages other than celebration cakes or cupcakes are not permitted. We know you’ll love the food and drinks we have to offer!

Absolutely! You’re welcome to bring your own decorations to help make your event special.

To help us keep the venue in great condition, we do have a few guidelines:

• Nothing may be taped, glued, nailed, or otherwise attached to walls, windows, furniture, or any other venue surface.
• Decorations that create a mess or are difficult to clean up are not permitted. This includes items such as glitter, confetti, silly string, piñatas, confetti cannons, or similar products. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn’t want to clean it up, neither would we!
• You’re welcome to bring tablecloths, balloons (must be securely weighted), centerpieces, cups, plates, napkins, and other tabletop decorations.
• Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes before your event to decorate beforehand.
